No Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, downloadable resources, audio recordings, journals, worksheets, assessments, templates, online courses, and other digital content, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be provided once access has been granted or a download has been made.

Coaching and Hypnotherapy Services

Fees for coaching, hypnotherapy, speaking engagements, workshops, and programs are non-refundable once the service has been purchased.

Where appointments are cancelled or rescheduled, any applicable cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking will apply. 

Online Courses

Enrollment in self-paced or instructor-supported online courses is non-refundable once access to course materials has been provided.

Participants remain responsible for completing their coursework at their own pace, however there are time guidelines available.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests involving duplicate charges, technical issues preventing access due to our systems, or billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, corrective action may include restoring access, correcting the billing error, or another reasonable remedy. This does not create a general right to a refund.
